In late-May, The Farmlink Project partnered with Kingdom Creamery of Vermont, forming a recurring deal to deliver milk and dairy products to numerous local food banks and distribution centers. The Farmlink Project is excited to help make a sustained difference in restarting this distribution chain.

In the first week of this recurring deal, Kingdom Creamy delivered over 9,000 pounds of milk to six food banks in Vermont. The next week, they moved over 1,500 pounds of milk, this time expanding to New Hampshire food banks. Some of these centers include Charlestown Middle School in Charlestown, NH, Groundworks Collaborative in Brattleboro, VT, Strolling of the Heifers in Brattleboro, VT, Claremont Soup Kitchen in Claremont, VT, and Willing Hands in Norwich, VT.

The Farmlink Project is proud to work with farmers both big and small. Kingdom Creamery, in East Hardwick, Vermont, is a family owned and operated dairy farm. Besides bottled milk, they produce fresh yogurt, ice cream, and frozen yogurt. The Michaud family moved to East Hardwick in 1954 and have been producing high quality dairy products ever since. The third generation of the family built their own dairy processing plant right across the street from the farm.
